Deus offers flat-rate freight via Star Track Express for orders under $50. Track parcels from http://www.startrack.com.au as above.
Star Track Express delivers to metropolitan areas within 2-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
If no-one is present to receive delivery, a card will be left notifying of a pick-up location (usually the local post office). If the package is not collected from the pick-up location within two weeks then it is returned to Deus. If this happens then re-sending the package to you is at your expense. As such, we highly recommend that the parcel be addressed to a residence or workplace where a receiver is always available.
To prevent the scenario where a parcel is sent back to us unclaimed it is absolutely imperative to please keep a very close eye on your tracking number and to contact us on (02) 8594 2810 or email@example.com as soon as possible if the transit of your parcel exceeds the quoted times, you notice anything unusual or the tracking number does not work.

Deus uses Australia Post for all international deliveries. A freight quotation is given at checkout after entering your address and is calculated automatically by Australia Post depending on location and weight of parcel, prior to purchase. Freight pricing for one or more of the following services is given depending on availability to your country:
AusPost offers two standard post options for customers. These options fall under either Pack & Track or Registered Post.
Pack & Track is only available to the following countries and is trackable on the Australian Post website:
Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong King, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, The US and The UK.
We will also sign you up for direct-to-email updates from Australia Post. Otherwise, Track your parcel from http://auspost.com.au/track with the tracking number on your Deus shipping notification.
If your country is not on this list however, standard shipping will default to Registered Post.
Registered Post is not a trackable service on Australia Post's end but does provide proof of postage and a signature on delivery. The postal services of some countries do offer tracking from their end upon receipt of Registered Post packages in your country; we ask that you please contact your country’s postal service for more information and/or check your tracking number on your national postal service's website.
If you prefer tracking information direct from Australia Post, then we recommend upgrading to Express.
Registered Post and Pack & Track generally delivers within 7-15 working days to international metropolitan areas.
Express Post is a trackable service and you will be signed up for direct-to-email tracking notifications from Australia Post. Track your parcel from http://auspost.com.au/track with the tracking number on your Deus shipping notification. Express Post generally delivers within 3-7 business days to international metropolitan areas.
Australia Post freight cost is auto-calculated on weight and destination and not by Deus Ex Machina. After you add items to your Deus shopping cart and enter your address at checkout you will receive a shipping quotation prior to purchase.
Parcels returned unclaimed are subject to the same rules as domestic orders and are sent back at your expense. Please be aware that this can be quite expensive and as such, keeping a very close eye on your tracking number is highly advised. If you cannot view any tracking past a week, we recommend googling your national courier and checking the tracking number on their site as the standard post option for a majority of countries are under Registered Post and untrackable on Australia Post's website.
The duration of time a parcel is kept at a post office solely depends on the carrier and regulations within your country. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you notice anything strange that cannot be solved on your national courier's site on (02) 8594 2810 or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may further look into it for you.
Orders to some countries may incur Customs or other charges. As these charges are based on your country's postal regulations, Deus Ex Machina has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please contact your country’s postal service for more information.
Please note that Deus Ex Machina is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is your responsibility to track your parcel directly with your country’s postal service.
