Description
The Hbt (Herringbone twill) military shirt was developed in the 1940s and worn during WW2 and the Korean war by the US army. It was developed as an overlayer to protect the wool uniforms but was adopted as an alternative to heavy wool uniforms but was adopted as an alternative to heavy wool military uniforms particularly in hot tropical climates. It's in a light weight durable fabric with large functional chest pickets and hard wearing metal buttons.
This regular fit military overshirt features badges and a woven printed back patch of original Deus artwork, chest flap pockets and antique silver vintage-style buttons, with 100% cotton herringbone twill fabrication abrasion details and a heavy enzyme stone wash.
Designed and tested at the Deus House of Simple Pleasures, Camperdown, Sydney.

Wash Care: Gentle machine wash with similar colours. Wash inside out, do not rub or soak, do not tumble dry. Iron print on reverse.
