City To Surf With Joel Fitzgerald.

How fun is the city ! Glebe and the markets, the food and the festivity all these things excite our senses, the bright city lights, family friends that wander through the streets in the warm summer nights. The French Bakery, Yum ! what a delight. Curiosity leads us on new adventures, what treasures we will find as we spin around in the glitter and the glam. As for me I am locked in a container mowing foam building toys for big kids.. Its been 7 days and 7 nights. 30 boards have been made and I am feeling a bit like a rat in a cage. Its hot, real hot heat wave hot and I need to get out past the concrete and busyness of the daily grind. Time to get back to the ocean, to Narrabeen where I grew up. The salt and the sea will bring back memories of fun and laughter with those you love. Even better to share with your friends as surfing is all about adventure, positive energy and mystery of finding that empty wave. From the road to the sea every wave you share every smile and laugh is ingrained in your memory. I love the Sea As we head out of the big smoke and over the bridge, City to Surf as fast as we can ride. As we get our first look we are welcomed by perfect little waves and a empty beach called home home. The water is clear and warm, my wife and I enjoy the serenity and giggle and laugh. We stay a while, well we may never leave...
